Dosage and how you use it has become a sticking point in Champagne. There's a trend, and a growing one, to eschew it all together in favour of letting the grapes and wine speak for themselves without the clouding blanket of sugar.
At Louis Roederer they've put that idea to work with Philippe
Starck to create two vintage Brut Nature releases that have an
amazing linear profile and incredible purity of fruit that compares
brilliantly to the richness of their house style.
Join us for one of four 45-minute masterclasses taking place on 8 November at our Great Portland Street store as part of our Champagne Season. The lineup for these masterclasses offers a chance to explore the developing style of Louis Roederer and will feature the latest release of the Louis Roederer Non Vinatge, Collection '246', and Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2016. The tasting will then take in the precise champagnes created in partnership with Phillip Stark, Louis Roederer Phillip Starck Brut Natur 2015 and Louis Roederer Phillip Starck Brut Natur Rose 2015.
